Call it Poochie Couture

Tote bags and coats for doggies have gone couture, and we want you to be among the first to outfit your Fido or Fifi in the latest, hippest, custom creations.

Join us at Timeless Treasures on Thursday, August 11th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for a preview of Poochie Pouches and Custom Coats by Adeline Guerrero, an instructor at the San Francisco Sewing Workshop. (We'll bet that Carl, one of Adeline's canine clients, doesn't mind San Francisco's summer fog when he's wearing this cozy plaid coat.)

Adeline will bring along samples-- wait'll you see the pink-and-chocolate polka dot number she designed for a bulldog named Rocky.

You can sign up for an upcoming class at the SF Sewing Workshop, or commission Adeline to do a custom design especially for your pooch.

Imagine how much more relaxing life will be when you can tuck Fido or Fifi into a Poochie Pouch and bring the little darlin' wherever you go. And on a misty day, your puppy will thank you for the well-fitting coat you snap on to ward off the chill.

That must be why they call it puppy love.
