What words make you stop and think?

This week we were inspired by something a friend said as we talked about vacations we want to take. "Don't put it off," he said, when I mentioned how I would love to visit Provence in the fall.
Just the way he said the words inspired me to put together something for the wall.

Then later this week, Ali Edwards, a very creative, inspiring dynamo in Oregon, sent us this snapshot of her art studio. Some weeks ago Ali emailed and asked if we would assemble her favorite phrase, Life Art, from old sign letters available at Timeless Treasures.We came up with a couple of options, and Ali chose the old letters that you can see here. And finally, we got a kick out of something we heard from someone who bought the numbers to create a huge birthday greeting for a friend. They were like the number 37 you can see here. Apparently the recipient of a big Four-Oh! mounted the large gas station price sign letters and hung them on the wall of her office. Fun, huh?
