Meryl's THINKing results in Letters Long Distance

Some of our hands-down, all time, very favorite treasures are vintage sign letters. We love working with people at Timeless Treasures in San Francisco to devise the perfect arrangement of ABC's to spell out a word or phrase for a wall, or to create a collection of random type styles. Occasionally we are able to fill a special request for someone living outside the Bay Area.

This week we received an email from Meryl in Seattle, who read about our vintage letters on a design blog. Could we, she wrote, create the word THINK in letters in different styles and colors and materials, the bigger the better, and ship them to her? She said that she doesn't foresee a trip to San Francisco any time soon, but would leave it to us to create a great rendition of think.

So we gathered up the letters you see here, along with a couple of options, and sent off a reply with a snapshot. Meryla chose the T,H,I and N on the left, and asked for a dark red plastic movie marquee K. And so, easy as pie, we collaborated long distance to come up with what we think will be awesome in her place in Seattle.

If you are interested in ordering letters, email us a request. We will be happy to get back to you with our guidelines for Letters Long Distance.
