a warm "welcome" in Spokane

When Valerie Grant and her husband Esteban left friends and family in the Bay Area and moved north to Washington, Val took along vintage sign letters she had bought at Timeless Treasures with plans for arranging them in their new house. Since the move, Val has been back to the Bay Area, with a stop on Sutter Street for more letters.
This week we received snapshots of the letters arranged on walls of the new house, including a warm WELCOME on the wall between kitchen and playroom, BABY in the room now belonging to the newest arrival Nora, who was born last spring, and READ and KNIT to highlight two family passions.
The words are bright and playful, and draw lots of interest and kudos from friends who come to visit.
We are eager to hear what Val, a school teacher, chooses to spell next.
