Teaching little ones to SHARE

Back a few years ago, Eliza Haskins Koeppel discovered Timeless Treasures, and, well, we'll let her tell the story.
"I was inspired to create a "word wall" at our apartment in SF, using the plate rail that we had in our dining/living room. Our first word was "eponymous." (I had always wondered what that word meant.)
"Well, then we got married, got pregnant, moved to Marin, had a baby, moved out of our home while it was being renovated, moved back in, had a second child, and now, finally, with our converted garage, the word wall is back!
"So now that our kids are 2 and a half and 4, we decided it's time to introduce them to the joy of letters, words, spelling, and reading! Naturally, the first word we chose is age appropriate: SHARE.
"The idea is that we spell a new word each week, so each family member gets to pick a new word once a month. (Not sure how that's going to go with the little ones, but it could be fun...)"

We think Eliza's idea is fabulous!
